Cancellations
Quotes are not orders. After payment, request cancellation from your order page or contact us immediately. If we confirm the order has not been released to manufacturing, we refund it. After release, we check with Slant; stopping production is not guaranteed.
A cancellation request is not a confirmed cancellation or refund. Orders we decline without sending for manufacture are refunded.

Custom prints
We don’t offer change-of-mind returns after production starts for parts made to your individual design or genuinely personalised specification, where the law permits. Simply printing a standard item to order does not automatically remove cancellation rights.
Check your file, scale, material and quantity. An accurately printed design is not necessarily faulty because your design doesn’t fit its intended use. Our own errors and agreed specifications remain our responsibility.

Something wrong?
Contact us promptly about damage, faults, wrong parts or missing deliveries. Include your order reference and, if practical, photos. Keep the part while we investigate with Slant or the carrier. Original packaging or an unboxing video is not required to exercise your rights.
We provide the remedy required by law, including reasonable return costs for valid faulty-goods claims. UK consumers normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods; further rights can apply afterward. Custom manufacture does not remove those rights.

Returns & refunds
We provide return instructions, which may direct you to Slant. Refunds come from Hardware API through your original payment method, within the applicable legal deadline—not as supplier credit or only after Slant reimburses us.
Where the UK statutory change-of-mind right applies, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return within the next 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, including standard delivery. No undisclosed return-postage charge or deduction of our processing fees applies.
Delivery dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise. Your mandatory consumer rights, including for late delivery, are unaffected. Test payments are not real payments.
